Aura for Unity launches May 14
In March 2026 we acquired Coplay, the leading AI assistant for Unity game developers, along with Unity MCP, the most popular open source AI tool for Unity on GitHub with over 7k stars. See the official announcement here: https://www.tryaura.dev/updates/ramen-acquires-coplay-making-aura-the-first-ai-agent-for-unity-and-unreal-engine.
Our goal with the acquisition was simple: bring the power of Aura's world-class AI to Unity developers, and make it the first AI assistant that works across Unreal and Unity. On May 14, that ships.
What's coming next

Your Aura subscription will cover Unity too. Same account, same pricing plans, no upgrade needed. Unity just becomes another place Aura works.
Battle-tested tech + Aura architecture. The Coplay team spent over a year building its AI assistant for Unity and cultivating the Unity MCP open source community alongside dlight and Scriptwonder. We're taking battle tested tech and combining it with Aura's specialized multi-agent architecture.
Unreal work isn't slowing down. Since March we've shipped new agents for Level Design, Materials, VFX/Niagara Systems and more. The Blueprint Agent and Python Agent are significantly faster and cheaper. And there's more coming. We're committed to making Aura the best AI assistant for game developers.
The Aura for Unity installer will be available in your account at https://tryaura.dev/ on May 14.
