Today we're launching Aura 15: our most capable release yet, and the first game development AI agent to make unlimited usage¹ available to every developer.

Aura 15's capabilities exceed those of any version we've shipped before. It is faster and more accurate across the work game developers actually do, with exceptional gains in Blueprint generation, level design, and 3D model generation. The longer and more complex the task, the larger Aura 15's lead over previous versions.

Unlimited usage in Auto mode

Version 15 is shipping with unlimited access in Auto mode for all of our subscribers, and each existing tier is also receiving more premium credits. We're also introducing Aura Indie — $10/month (50% off the regular price) for unlimited Aura usage and $15 of premium credit.

Subscriptions have Auto mode usage caps that reset periodically, with higher tiers offering much higher usage caps.

For launch week, Auto mode usage limits are 2X higher for everyone.

Here's our updated pricing:

Aura 15 pricing tiers: Indie $10/month, Pro $40/month, and Ultimate $200/month, each starting with a free 2-week trial

A more capable agent

Much of this release is about giving the agent more autonomy and more reach.

Aura can now execute shell commands as well, running Perforce, Git, builds, and file operations behind a consent prompt, which gives it access to your version control history and the command-line tools you already use.

Our core Blueprint and Python agents are up to 2X faster and more accurate than before, and the Level Design Agent now produces the same work for 45% fewer output tokens. Generated models and textures have taken a clear step up in quality.

Skills and custom workflows

Aura 15 also introduces Skills. Aura now runs Claude Code–compatible Skills end to end, invoked from a menu or selected automatically, and it can generate new Skills from the workflows you repeat — turning them into reusable, one-command automations specific to your project. You can easily port your Skills between Aura and Claude Code.

Sandbox mode for Unreal Engine 5.8

With more autonomy, Aura requires an easier way to track and revert changes so you can feel safe working with it.

For developers on Unreal Engine 5.8, we're also launching Sandbox mode, currently experimental.² Aura stages its edits using the new experimental Sandbox feature, letting you review every change and Approve All or Discard All before anything touches your real assets. It's fully reversible, and designed as a safety net for reviewing the agent's work before committing to it.

Sandbox mode is limited to 5.8 at launch.

¹ Unlimited usage is subject to per-tier Auto mode caps that reset periodically; see the table above.

² Sandbox mode is experimental and currently available only on Unreal Engine 5.8.
