I've reached my usage limit for my subscription. When exactly will my limit be renewed or reset?

The credits reset on a monthly basis for both Pro and Ultimate plans (Free Trials do not reset). You can set an overage spend limit in your account dashboard.

Additionally, you can utilize your referral codes to refer someone and get an additional $10 of usage. You can find the codes in the 'Account' section of Aura's 'Settings' menu.

Does Aura support Source builds?

The Enterprise version of Aura currently supports Source builds for UE 5.3 through UE 5.7.

Why does my model still import after I cancel the model generation?

If the mesh generation process has already started prior to clicking 'Stop', we opt to provide the user with the resultant mesh since the credits were already consumed at this point.
