Account Creation Issues

Ad-blocking software can cause issues when creating an account. If you have trouble creating your account, trying the following:

• When creating the account, disable ad-blocking on your local machine and try again.

• If you are not able to disable ad-blocking (because it's instated on the router or network level) try utilizing a mobile device that is not connected to the problematic network to create the account.
